Our Story

2023 — The Insight

After years of building enterprise learning and operations systems, we looked at the franchise software market and saw a gap. Existing platforms were built around surveillance and penalties. Franchisors and franchisees were on opposite sides. The market needed a tool for alignment and growth — not policing.

2024 — Purpose-Built from Scratch

We built an operating system from scratch for the franchise model — its hierarchy, its workflows, its pain points. Gap Radar for honest quality assessment, Location Launch playbooks, cross-network gamification, and native multilingual support were built into the core.

2025 — The "Family" Philosophy

Extensive testing and feedback from franchise operators shaped our core philosophy: gamification, transparency, and training work better than rigid control. Networks that used the platform started acting as one team. That’s how "Alignment over control" — and the name Franchise Family — was born.

2026 — Global Launch

Franchise Family launched as a dedicated operating system for franchise networks. A fresh brand, built on a mature, enterprise-ready technical foundation. Ready to help networks train, launch, and grow without chaos.

I spent 17 years building technology for businesses that operate across many locations — flower delivery networks, e-commerce platforms, operations teams. The same problems showed up everywhere: training that didn't stick, standards nobody followed, location launches that cost more than they should. Franchise Family is everything I wish I had when I was scaling operations across 200+ locations.
