1. Introduction
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Franchise Family platform, operated by IT Company Ltd ("we", "us", or "our"), registered in the United Kingdom.
By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the platform.
2. Service Provision & SLA
We provide a cloud-based franchise operations and training platform. We strive to maintain a 99.9% uptime, excluding scheduled maintenance. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service with reasonable notice.
3. Payments and Billing
All payments are processed securely through our payment gateway provider, Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize us (via Stripe) to charge the applicable fees.
- Fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually).
- Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes (e.g., VAT, Sales Tax), which will be calculated and added at checkout via Stripe Tax.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled prior to the renewal date.
4. Data and Privacy
Your privacy and the security of your franchise network's data are our priority. Our data practices are governed by our Privacy Policy and our Data Processing Agreement (DPA).
You retain all rights, title, and interest in the data you submit to the platform.
5. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
